Annette has presented, workshops, breakout sessions, panel discussions, leadership trainings, and accreditation sessions for educators, administrators, and early childhood leaders. Through her work with NAFCC, she has facilitated Observer Trainings in multiple locations across the country, helping strengthen quality practices and accreditation efforts for family child care programs nationwide.
